didnt know that. not sure if you're fully understanding how loud this squeeking is though. pretty embarrassing to be rolling around in a 40k+ car and having my brakes squeek like a train.

You should consider bedding in the brakes. This is something that is normally done with big brake upgrades, but it should also work with the stock brakes if they were not "seasoned" correctly and squeal. Here is a white paper ...

You probably do not have to be as agressive to get the stock hardware up to temperature as with the BBK, so I probably would not make as many passes.

Squeaking is crappy regardless of what car you drive. Aftermarket ceramic pads help a lot in that department + they dust less; and swapping them out on single piston Calipers is a synch . Just FYI.

Brembos were only for the 03 and 04 Coupes. Infiniti OEM pads love to squeal. After I had enough of the noise and of course the dust, I switched to ceramics and have never had a complaint about the brakes since. Of course I get the bonus of longer pad and rotor life.

The environment-friendly brakes are prone to producing a dust that glazes on the surface of the pads. Tire Rack is usually handy for alternative brake pads.

it'll be nice when a Brembo kit is released. I'll buy it before my brake life is even up.

Yeah maybe not. What about Stoptech? for 4-5K I'd rather supercharge my car.
