I know the sport package gives you larger brakes but do they say infiniti on them like the G37??

No, they do not have the Infiniti logo on them.

No way under normal driving. You should still be under warranty so you should get them checked out. Remember to post up their findings.

Mine squeak at 27000 miles. (under light braking). I hear it's from the high metal content in the pads. Dealer won't do anything about it.

I'm still on the stock pads (lots of hwy driving), and they have plenty to go.

Aren't the G37 brakes made by Endless?

You've done 27000 miles in under a year? Damn that's a lot of driving! You must have a helluva commute.

I have no clue, all I know is that the G37 'Sport' brakes are larger/better...
The prior gen brake upgrades were brembos...

yeah dealer wont do anything about squeeks..i asked them to change my brake pads and they said no..the squeeking is from dust in the brakes. Also he said they dont squeek when you make a stop from higher speeds and they only squeek when u stop at low speeds. This seemed pretty valid, but then again .. they still squeek!

A logo would have been a nice touch.

my brakes also squeek up a storm when stopping at low speeds. the squeek becomes more prominent when i turn in either direction all the way.

is infinity basically saying that they're not going to do anything about this issue at all? has anyone had this issue fixed/covered yet by infinity? ive been wanting to take my car in to have them work on this for quite some time now, but ill be damned if im going to pay top dollar to have a brand new car (<5000 miles) get brake work done on it...

As stated earlier in other threads regarding Nissan Brakes, they have always had the squeaking sound issue. I have owned 2 maximas and 2 g35 and they all had squeaking brakes. Just something you have to put up with or get a new brake set up
