I bought some Silicone blades at Wal-mart that were about $7 a pop and they work great! I was going to the get the Rain-X blades there, which were about $10 a piece, but were "regular" rubber instead.

I'm glad with the choice as the blades work great (just as well as OEM) at a fraction of the price.

I also treated my windshield with Rain Clear I think it's called, just like Rain-X but it's a thick gel and it works wonders!

The Bosch Icon blades dont have a 16 inch... i've looked all over my town at all auto shops.. thats what sucks.. someone should email bosch manufacturer and let them know that there are a lot of G's who are stuck with buyin another brand or mismatching blades because they dont have a 16 inch

I replaced mine the 2nd month I had the car. The stock blades were terrible and my dealer wouldn't do anything to help.

Had some trouble with rain-x on my FX - the wipers shuddered/bounced on the windshield. Had to take it off with vinegar and replace the blades - all OK after that, so I blamed the rain-x. Maybe I was wrong...?
I have been using rain-X for about 13 yrs on my cars. My blades usually shuddered and bounced when the blades got old. I would not trade rain-x for nuthin. The way the water marches up the windshield at 40+mph is hypnotizing .

The Bosch Icons look almost exactly like OEMS. PICS

As stated above these blades are extremely easy to change.

ok , you guys r green when it comes ot blades LOL you need to get silblade, google it, if you have a dealer or some shop good shop which carries it nearby even better, it has a 5 year warranty, on my previous car I just brought it in when it started ot screw up probably because I did something to it LOL anyways i got a new one, no hassle.

an alternative to aquapel is silbead but it isnt long lasting.

Not sure how well they worked on the G. I put some on my Maxima the other day and they worked awesome in the rain on that.

Maybe I'm green with it...but I live in Seattle area so I have a fairly good opportunity to see if the wiper will work well or not.

If these Bosch's don't work out...I will look at your suggestion.

who uses wipers when u got Rain-X? lol jk. i just replace mine when they start to smear and not really clean the window, but with rain-x i rarely use my wipers it just rolls the water off as if i had wipers on.
