You can't watch video through the integration. However, you can still hook up the iPod via the analog RCAs which allows you play video on the screen while the car is stopped. Once the car moves, you cannot display video on the screen w/o a hack to disable the lockout.

As for voice recognition, I'm not really sure. I haven't thought about using voice recognition because the iPod integration works so well via steering wheel controls and dash controls. None of those iPod controls are locked out while moving so you have full access to everything on your iPod.

For fast forward you can hold down the track buttons (up/down) on the head unit, steering wheel controls don't do it though.

Are you talking about fast-forwarding a song on your iPod? You can do it by pushing and holding down the scan or seek down button. Rewind by pushing and holding the up button. This works regardless of whether the car is in motion or stopped.

Whoops. Missed CWeed14's post.

Hey thanks for the fast forward tip. I will try it. It helps when you want to catch up on the latest podcast, and you have already heard about 30 min of the total 60 minutes. Usually listening to TWIT.

The integration with ipod, phone, other music sources is terrific. The ipod will wait till you have finished with ohter sources, and then resume. Nice.
