I'm a new owner of an '07 G35S, had a 1st Gen as well. Just noticed tonight, while saying goodnight, that there are no body moldings. These are necessary in my area. Any tasteful options? Maybe '06 moldings for the colors that haven't changed. How are the doors holding up to dings for you guys?

 

i would absolutely KILLLLLL to not have side moldings... and here you are wanting em back on!?!?! ahhh, the agony!

You get dings even if you have side mouldings if you park next to idiots. Persobally, I did like the moulding on my '05, but now with the '07, I look back and think the car would have looked better without, and the '07 looks great without!

 

I'd personally like to know about getting side mouldings too. They not only protect the side of your car, the additional horizontal line provides more visual interest as well.

 

I personally recommend an NRA window sticker. Helps with tailgaters too.

 

Try a search - IIRC someone posted a thread about side moldings a while back, and had found some.
