Mine didn't back in 04 when I bought it.

GL with my locks though, None of my lugnuts take normal sockets, they'res three different sockets you'll need to take off my lugnuts. I keep one of my locks in my pocket whenever I leave the car. The other two are hidden in random places. The key barely fits between the lock and the hole in the rim, so you couldn't get anything with enough leverage to take the lock off.

Yeap, if they can find my key they really want my wheels.

Sounds like fun, next time you get a flat.

usually they will steal the whole car. Don't even bother with locks.

+1

Wheel locks are great to have since they will stop amateurs, but if someone wants your wheels, they'll get your wheels.

No need to buy different locks for each wheels... it's the same to thieves.

Dont forget to get extra copies of your wheel lock keys!!!!!!

my dealership recently broke my key, ofcourse I didn't have a friendly reminder and only had one lock, so now im waiting for McGard to send my sheez back, while at the same time my two rear wheels are bald/flattening and completely locked on my car. No you cant break the locks those are my time attacks!

Ok did I make my point? I live in a city where this is unheard of but I still act as tho its gonna, just in case.

Wheel locks aren't the answer. A GARAGE is... I have wheel locks but they still wouldn't stop somebody from vandalizing my car in another way. Any car enthusiast should have a garage to house their vehicles. A vehicle is the most valuable thing most people own (other than their house). All the other less valuable possessions (televisions, etc...) are kept safely inside. I believe your vehicle should be treated the same way if you value it.

Sorry, just a pet peeve of mine. I know everyone doesn't have a garage but many people do and still don't park inside of them because of all the other junk they store in their garages. Those people need to unclutter their lives and protect their vehicles... I'm the only person on my block who parks both of their cars in the garage (all the houses have two car garages).

+1. I always keep my Maxima and G in the garage. My Explorer while not worth much at this point sits on the RV pad in my back yard behind a locked gate. Aside from the security aspect of keeping G in the garage it is nice not having to scrape the windows of frost in the morning during the fall and winter.

+1 on slowing a thief down, but a socket and a hammer is all they would really need to get one off.

One of the first cars I ever had was an old Mitsubishi Cordia Turbo. The previous owner had lost the key to the wheel locks. I guess the Enkei wheels that were on it were worth something at the time about 17 years ago. Anyway, I needed to replace the tires so I was able to remove wheel locks with a socket I had rounded out internally somewhat and then pounded onto the wheel locks. It was noisy and took me a while bit but I was able to extract them all.

I cannot imagine a thief not being noticed pounding away on wheels like this though.
