Idle RPM on G35X?

Can you auto G35X owners tell me what is your RPM when in drive and when in park? Mine vibrates when idle and I want to know if my rpms are off that way I can ask the dealer.

Also, do any of you experience different braking power when driving? For example, some times my car will stop without pressing on the pedal too much and at times it feels like I have to really press on pedal more to stop. It almost feels as if the master cylinder is bad or some thing.

I am taking the car in tomorrow but I am very curious to see if its normal or what is going on with my car. Thanks.

I have almost 12,000 miles on my X and the braking always works great and consistent.
As to the idle it is smooth with no vibrations. I have not paid real close attention to my idle speed but I would guess it's between 650-750 rpm.

Thanks for your quick response. My vibration is only when I am in idling in drive. I dont remember it vibrating when I first got it but in the past 5k miles, I feel it and its very annoying. My car has 17.5k miles on it now and I finally decided to bring it in for that. I hope the dealer doesnt tell me its normal and that they couldnt find any thing since there is no engine code showing. To describe the vibration, it almost feels as if I have the climate control on full blast when its not even on. Its not a lot of vibration, just enough to get on my nerves after a while...especially when waiting at lights or stop signs.

And I really feel like I warped the rotors or some thing. I know 18k is way too early for these OEM brakes to go or so I hope.

Vibrating is not normal; the VQ idles really smooth. Also, idle should be betwen 650-750 as mentioned above... most will idle around 720 or so in neutral/park. When you first turn the engine on, it'll idle higher, around 2000 or so, to warm up a bit, which is normal.
