Mine was in the case with the manual, underneath the foam.

I didn't get one with my '07, they said they had been discontinued. You don't really need it since you can't lock your "key" in the car, that goes back to before the I-key was standard.

If you have the I-key you don't get one. When I bought my 08 5AT G37, a guy at the next desk was buying a 08 6MT G37 and he got the wallet key.

you can still lock your keys in the car.. just take them out of the ignition, set them somewhere and lock your car with the button on the door. then you're stuck

LOL it is a push buttom start. No ignition key. Only door key in the fob. You can't lock your key in. If you try it it will beep several times and won't lock the door.

But do they even make the 07+ without the i-key? I don't think so, so what's the point of arguing that?

You can't lock your keys in the car anymore, even if you try. And the purpose of a wallet/valet key is gone now that there's no actual key for the ignition. You can disable the trunk opening and lock the glovebox and give the valet your i-key while you keep the metal piece, and that's it.

Me personally I don't care... whatever is in the car is not nearly as important as the car itself, and I'm already giving them everything they need to run off with it in exchange for a little ticket, so whatever...
