Would you accept this leather defect?

Would you accept this leather defect?
I found a 2008 Desert Platinum G35S optioned the way I really wanted: Sport, Premium, NAV, Technology and rear spoiler. Sticker price $41k. Negotiations have yet to begin.
It's currently sitting as idle inventory at the closest Infiniti dealer to me...two hours away! My wife was in the area and snapped some pictures today.
Here's what's bothering me. The driver's side graphite leather sport seat has a noticeable crease or fold. I think that this is a factory defect since the car has less than 20 miles on it.
My experience with this type of leather defect is that the fold wear down unevenly and the pigment is lost at the "peak" of the folds.
Do you guys think this is a normal factory variant? Would you accept the car as is? Ask the dealer for a new seat section prior to delivery?
Am I being too unreasonable? $40k is a large monetary commitment for me, and I really think a factory new car should be perfect on delivery.
Thanks for your opinions.

I would let it go. In use, leather gets some stretch lines and it looks perfectly normal over time.
My g35 has mismatched washi panels with a slightly different color from the dash to the side panels. It bugs me occasionally but the car still looks better inside than any competing models.

Remember you're the customer, it's your money, so I think they should do everything and anything to make you happy. When negotiating on cars, especially new cars, everything is negotiable. Even a crease in the seat.
To me, it just adds character to the car, I would overlook it. But I'm not spending your money.

Its not that serious....in any case, an upholstery shop could fix that for cheap. Even when taken care of, leather will naturally wear. I say you get the car, since its optioned exactly how you want it and this dealer is 2 hours away from you. Raise the issue to the dealer, and if theyre not willing to fix it, get the car anyways, and take it to an upholstery shop to have it fixed for less than $100. You know this is the exact car you want and nothing else, dont let this very small minute issue hold you back from buying this amazing car. I can guarantee you, driving this car on a nice twisty road will remove all bad thoughts of your wrinkled seat.

Be warned though, whichever one you buy, the seats will crease.
