$2000 off of MSRP is robbery! You can G35 Sedans nowadays for under invoice depending on location.. In any case, I would be hesitant to pay $200-$300 over invoice in any location. As others have suggested, put together some proposals and send them to all delaers within a couple hundred miles. If you need some help with a sample proposal, PM me and I'll help you create a custom proposal to send to dealers. You'd be surprised by the willingness for dealers to accept the offer if it's fair. This lets delears know that your not messing around and that you have done your homework.

I just recently (1 week ago) bought a G35 Sedan (prem/nav/sport) for my wife and paid $500 under invoice. This took about 2 days of dealing with internet sales reps but was well worth it.
