It sounds like a great deal. When I purchased my G35x I negotiated and I get free regularily sceduled oil changes. I just mentioned to them that BMW does this (found out when i tested the 335). I had already decided I was getting the G but they didn't know that.
Dealership...Guelph Nissan/Infiniti

Wow, there has to be a catch right? Some sort of maximum changes per year or something that says you cant come in every 2,000 miles and get another synthetic change.

The catch?

I can't speak to this Brooklyn Infiniti dealer, but I can tell you what the catch is at my former Acura dealer. If you bought an Acura from them, you got "free oil changes" for the life of the car. The catch was that you had to have them as a part of your normal service. Their charge for normal service amounted to about the same as you'd pay for a normal service with oil change at most dealers, but they made a big deal about showing you no labor charge or charge for the oil.

The moral: I'd check to be sure about the exact terms of the "deal," before springing $200 for it.

My dealer uses regular oil. BMW will use synthetic for their oil changes as part of their free scheduled maintenance (or at least thats what their sales manager told me). I get free scheduled maintenance on my G, I'll just bring in synthetic oil for them to use.
