RIMS, just in time for spring

So iv finally narrowed it down just in time because spring is around the corner. The two choices are... Iforged TE-16 or Sevas s55, they would be 20inch. Also what kind of finish do you guys like on rims, i was never really a fan of black rims, either chrome or silver. my g35x is black

i think Iforged are more "baller" rims, but the sevas look good, and are VERY reasonably priced... I was planning on getting the S55's also, but just saw someone at the club over the weekend with a white G35 journey with chrome s55's, and now i don't know what wheels i want.

I'm also on the lookout for wheels for my 08 Journey, and sevas has been my top choice, specifically the S-22' in a staggered fitment. Although the S-55 does look clean, I think it would go better with a coupe. Multi-Spoke design goes better on the sedan.

I-Forged! There are a few other seven spoke option from I Forged I like better. Daytona's for one. The second set looks like Daytona's spokes but no rivets. I cannot recall the name. Starts with an E.

G35 already has class and performance in stock form. If you're going for a set of heavy 20s, you're sacrificing your performace for more class.

I got Work Varianza T1S mainly because it was about the same weight compared to the stock wheels (although they're cast wheels) and the classy look. Still, I have sacrificed some performance as soon as I got the 20s on my car (traction). That's why I'm thinking about getting some Potenza RE070s for my stock wheels (245 front and 255 back) for track day use.

I don't know much about iForged nor the other brand, but I believe chrome wheels are generally a bit heavier than the non-chromed ones. Thus, you're losing a bit more performance for "class".

Just my 2c.
