Most Inifinti dealerships have complementary loaners for service requiring longer than a reasonable waiting period. It does vary from dealer to dealer, however. Also, some dealers require the car to be returned with the same amount of gas it left with (usually 1/4 tank).

My dealership requires that I do not add gas. The loaner is not really free in that I am charged $10.00 for gas.

HoyFox in ElPaso, Tx gives loaners and you must bring it back w/ the same gas amount of gas as you left with. My last 2 loaners were Base Gs w/sunroof. I'm hoping next time I can take a new EX for a run

It depends on the dealership really... some have Infiniti cars that they use as loaners, the more crappy ones have rentals.

I started going to Devan in Fairfield and they always have FX or new Gs as loaners, all you have to do is call and make sure they have one for when you're coming in.

My dealership requires that I pay a $5.00 for my loaner. They hate giving it to me just for an oil chagne but I don't have time to wait.

yeah loaners should be free for you. however, my dealership gives me crap when it's "just" an oil change. make sure you get one for the oil change, because those guys inspect the whole car every time you bring it in, and if you ask them to wash and vacuum then that's extra time. my first service took me 2 hrs 30 minutes...just make sure you reserve the loaner ahead of time. you don't wanna get there and them try to boss you around. good luck

I've taken my car into two different Infiniti dealerships for service.

One gave me a free loaner car, but requested that I bring it back with the same amount of gas that I left with.

The other one charged $5 off the bat, but said I could bring it back with as little gas I want. I prefer this one since I definitely use more than $5 in gas just for my daily commute, and it saves me the hassle of re-fueling. But the best thing is that I got the loaner car on a Friday morning w/a full tank, drove the heck out of it on the weekend and returned it on Monday with an empty tank...all for $5. =)

My dealership charges me $7.50 for gas which i can't really complain about.. it's convenient for me to have a loaner rather than waiting for a shuttle to drop me off somewhere and i had to call them back so they could pick me up

I always get a loaner, but I tell them I want one when I make an appointment for service. It's never been a problem. But if you use a bunch of gas you are required to replace it. I never drive far enough that the gas needs topping up (as far as I'm concerned).

the dealership i go to charges me $7 for the loaner, but doesn't require me to fill up the gas. i can bring it back empty if i wanted too. you also have to reserve a loaner ahead of time for them to have one for you. one other thing is they will charge you i think it was $60 bucks or something if you don't return the car back within 48 hrs. when your car is ready for pickup. they start charging you as a rental after the 48 hrs.
