Bellybutton cars!

Has anyone else noticed the popularity of the G? These things are like bellybuttons -everyone has one! I work in a large compny office, maybe 1000 peple. I left today at 6 - late, in the rain and dark out. There were less than 10 cars in the same lot I was in, and 5 of them were Gs. Felt like I was at the dealership. Besides wheels (I like the Sport wheels that came on my G35xS), what does everyone else do to customize?

I rarely see any others where I'm from, a city of about 175,000. The few I see occasionly are the same ones all the time. It's likely because there is no Infiniti dealer where I live...dealer is 80km away but we have BMW, Lexus and MB in town. They are every where!

I was in Ottawa for a week last fall doing the tourist thing and didn't notice any. Don't you have a million people now?

I don't know if it's that I notice them more or if there are really more of them around now. When I show up at work there is another platimun graphite gen2 that I park near - we just seem to be on a similar scedule. Must be 20 others at work. But I haven't seen any other xS versions. I guess it comes from having 3 dealers within 30 minutes of each other - the closest 5 minutes away. You folks with dealers hours away are nuts - and true fans of this great machine!

My dealership is a 4 hour drive away so I rarely see any G's where I live, whether it be a 1st gen or 2nd gen, Sedan or Coupe. It's nice having something that isn't common and stands out.
