Need new wheels... but I have a budget

Okay, I'm on the hunt for some new 18's with rubbah...

I won an eBay auction for some G37 18's, brand new, but the person selling them dropped one on it's face and I don't think I want them anymore.

So, I've been digging around TireRack and everything I like is out of the range I'd like to stay in. ($1500) Am I being too cheap? (LOL)
Anyone have suggestions? I'm not sure of where to look, other than tirerack and some of the local tire shops.
There's also nothing in the marketplace section of the forums right now.

Thoughts and suggestions are welcome.

RXmotors G35 Sponsor

Hey Aesonvision, i got a killer deal by a sponsor on here, PM RXmotors and ask for charles, he is very nice, knows about our cars, offsets, tpms etc and gives a killer deal with rubber and shipping using paypal or credit cards.

I got a deal better than tirerack, ebay and many other sites, with great service and attitude!

GoodLuck! and post pics when done!

Thanks, I'll check that out.

I've been on the fence with 19's, but if I go that route, I need a non-staggered set, like from the M45.
The only thing that has me second thinking the 19's is the amount of miles I put on my car each year. I know I'll need new rubber about once a year and the 19" tires are approx $400 more than a set of the same in 18" sizes.

I don't have an issue with spending money on my car, but the wife does!
She doesn't understand the relationship a guy can have with his car.

It's almost like I'm dating again. Every week, I need to buy the car something new.
FI Exhaust, tint, intakes, and a front lip are next... just don't tell the wife. (Shh)

Hey Kool... I checked out that site and I'm liking the GT1's in Hyper Silver. (19")
When you ordered yours, did they come with tires mounted and balanced, or did you have to have that done locally?

Thanks.

Thumbs up Yup!

Hey aeson,
the guy is pretty cool, as he gave me time to get my TPMS removed and then i mailed it to him and the next day after he got them, he monuted the Falken tires with the TPMS, balanced them, and sent them the same day along with free lug nut set with no extra charge, super cool and cheap!

Post pics after you get 'em, good luck
