Ok this just happened to me in december. First thing you need to do is call your insurance company and report it. The rest is up to them. Your damage looks alot worse than mine. It cost $15,281.87 to fix my car. Im going to say that you definately have more money in damage since the rear of your car needs repair and your airbags blew. Its probably going to be totalled.
It is totally up to your insurance on wether or not they are going to total it out or pay to fix it. You cant tell infiniti to terminate your lease if they fix the car. It does say in the lease contract that you have to notify infiniti if the car is damaged in an accident. I called them up and told them, and the girl was just like "ok" and that was it..lol. Heres what my car looked like:

It was a 53,000 dollar car with a 680 dollar payment...
When the car was wrecked, it had 21,000 in damage, and the shop was able to fix it correctly and give me back 3500 dollars.
Also the insurance gave me a check for 30 days of rental at 34 dollars a day (30 + tax at the time) 1020 dollars - which i did not need since i used my own car, and that is NOT stealing, since i had to put wear on another car, which actually had a payment very close to that number.
Total
3500
1020
====
4520 total back
So i fixed the car to a level of standard that was amazing, and no one could tell it was wrecked, just make a relationship with a body shop and get it repaired at a fair price otherwise guess what buddy... you my friend are the idiot

Also, airbags don't automatically total a car. In Oregon, and most states, the only thing that can total a car is if the cost of repairs near the value of the vehicle, that's it. Pretty much anything can be repaired with enough $$$$$.

Trust me, there is good money in the industry, but not that good. It would be damn near impossible to get a customer back 3500 on a 21K repair, and do all the repairs properlly. The insurance company can give you an apperance allowance on something with minor damage (meaning they'll pay you to live with some amount of minor cosmetic damage), but thats about it.

I don't know why people keep saying if the air bags deploy the car is totaled. Maybe I am ignorant but as far as I know no states Mid Atlantic totals a car for airbag deployment. Think how much insurance companies would lose if they paid out every car that deployed a air bag. Hmmmm maybe $10000 worth of damage and total car car that can cost $50000. Geezz people use some common sense.
