I was wondering how much people are paying to get their wheels balanced and replaced. When I say replaced I mean just paying the dealership/tire place to dismount the wheel and tire; strip the wheel from the tire; add new tire to wheel; and then wheel balance all for tires.

I would refer to this process as installing new tires + balancing. Most places I know of will do the install for free if you buy the tires from them, and balancing is <$10 per wheel. I think I paid discount tire ~$20 per wheel to install and balance tires that I had delivered from tirerack.com.
