Don't get the "street lights." They were cool back in the 90's, when the fast and the furious came out.

For the footwell, I want to do a very very dim white one. I just haven't figured out how to do it yet.

if you really want to do some puddle lights, go for a bright clean white. it looks much, much classier and still serves the purpose of extra light

here you go. I put blue leds under the dash on the driver and passenger as well as under the seats for the rear passengers. also put led strips under each door for courtesy lights. all connected to the door switch, looks great, especially at night. wows the kids

thanks, I will get more info from my friend who did the install, as well as the parts. The blue is very close to the blue in the dash, when the light shines on the carpet it looks a little purplish. I picked up the leds from superbrightleds. I will get the part #s and post. Its a module that houses one led in it.

abeh mark! its steve

if you are going to do the LED's, I also suggest you get the LED's for the map lights in the overhead console and rear overhead. You can get a light violet color, or a cool white

I was thinking about this mod myself but was thinking that the blue lights might be a little too ricey for my tastes as I am upgrading to the g35 because it seems a little more professional for my line of work compared to my modified IS300. But the white lighting in the footwells much like some of the other competitors have does sound like a good idea. So again I look forward to the instructions.
