08 G35 Sedan Tanabi Test Fit

Hey guys, I got invited by Tanabi to have new springs test-fitted on my car. If they fit and function well, their mine to keep for free. If they dont ,they take them off and put the OEM back on and I get to come in again for another test fit after re-engineering new springs. BUT, they are not responsible for any possible damages inflicted on the car as a result of installation or testing. What do you guys think? Anyone ever participated in a "test fitting"?

I'm sure you'll be fine. I don't see how they can mess up your car on the install. Eibach did mine with no issues.

Good, they found another one. Ron contacted me 2 days ago for the test fit but I needed my car for this week. I'd go for it if but I can't part with my car til next week.

Honda Accord
Tanabe offered me to R&D their coilover system, but I had to turn down because my G is my daily driver and they wanted my car for 4~6 weeks at least...

I think they already found someone to do this and pretty sure they're halfway done with it.

BTW, JIC will be coming out with their coilover system VERY soon.

Thumbs down

i got invited as well from Ron, upon accepting...the next day the said they didn't have time and wouldn't need it anymore. Kinda lame, shady to me. I would do any day they need, but ah well...spilt milk. Probably going to go with Eibach or H&R

That sux man. But at the same time what thrw me off was the fact that if they're such a reputable company that specializes in suspension mods, then why not gurantee your labor and parts, rather than tell the customer if sumtin ends up going wrong with the car during or after install, that they dont cover the cost of damages.
