1600 miles on my 08 journey, and it seems every day there is a new rattle.
I hear rattles from both doors in the rear, the passenger in the front, the glove box and a new one yesterday from what seems to be the trunk area-ish.

I've called the dealer and he said to drive it for another week, then bring it in and try to recreate the rattles with a tech in the car. We'll see.

This is rather unexpected on an infiniti. My 02 subaru with 96000 miles had 1 rattle that started at about 70,000.

Has anyone else with an 08 had these issues?

'07 here with 15,000 miles. No rattles, hope you can get the issue resolved.

 

08 G35X 1800 mi No rattle at all.you should take it back to D'Dealer.

 

i plan on taking mine to the dealership to fix the passenger side seat belt rattling problem....i'm hoping that's what it is...especially with me having plans to put a system in my car in about a month...i don't want them to blame it on the sound system

 

17k miles on mine, no rattles. There are now a couple of creaks (clicks?) as I start backing up, dunno what those are. Not really bothering me tho.

Sounds like you should definitely work with the dealer.

 

3600 miles and no rattles here

 

Mine is an 07 Sport with 12K miles and has various rattles.

1. Sunglass holder
2. Driver seatbelt area
3. center console

Also, the driver seatbelt height adjuster is stuck.

To me is very frustrating, I also drove various Subarus before getting the G and I didn't have any problems with those.

 

Our loaners with miles from 30-45k don't have any rattles...

At least not the ones I've driven. We all know everyone beats on the loaners

 

Frequent ratte from the steering column, frequent rattle from the center console, occasional rattle from the passenger seat belt area, very frequent tapping and cracking sound from the windshield/dash area. Just my luck. =(

 

no squeaks, creaks or rattles while driving.

The only thing is a slight rattle when I shut the driver side door. That's it.

Overall, it is an extremely solid car.

 

08 Journey with 4k on it. Noise from the rear deck when driving over unjulations (sp) in the road. Its like a vibrating noise. I took the under cover off from the trunk side, and it seems to be coming from the seat belt cups.
I also hear alot of wind noise from the front of the door/side mirror area.

 

I have an 08 x and have many rattles as well. The seat belt adjuster on the passenger side rattles, but the dealer is replacing it this week, also I get creaks from the center console which the dealer tells me is normal, the passenger front seat back shakes when nobody is in it and causes a rattle which the dealer also claims is normal and finally the rear deck seems to make a popping noise. My car has 5500 miles on it and I believe it is quite ridiculous. I am actually going to call Infiniti and file a complaint about this and my chipping front bumper and grill on monday.

 

Sorry to here you guys have so many rattles. I have an 08 with about 8000miles with no rattles.

 

+1 but for me, sometimes all three rattles together.. sometimes 2 and sometimes 1. Sometimes none... and that's very rare. lol

I crack up the stereo and they're gone. Besides, my exhaust is too loud to hear anything... except when I'm cruising... hahaha

 

mine rattles in trunk area...i just havent taken it back there. any recalls?
