You need to follow this instruction. For just changing Parking Citylight you DO NOT have to take off the wheel
Just loose the 3 lock pins and open up.

https://g35driver.com/forums/v36-diy/204234-diy-philips-6000k-ultinon-install.html

Next is to locate the bulb that plug into the back of Parking light and loosen it
by turning to the left and pull it out.

Repeat the same.
GL
YAY! I just ordered the white xenon license plate lights from that link u showed us! I cant wait to get it and hook it up!

The parking city lights that your referring to are the foglights right?

And if that is so, here in Canada, we call em daytime running lights. lol I guess maybe thats why we were confused.

^The parking city lights are the 2 small lights at the corner of each headlight housing not the foglights (DRL's).

In US we don't have any daytime running light.Only our 2 EYES Ball,
The City Light mean the two stock Orange front corner light!! If you wanna change you can use T10 White Xenon. As i said T10 can be use to all over our G.
Mine Foglight upgrade to PIAA 4000K White XENON 9006

^ BTW I sent an email to the seller of the Xenon White LEDs and he said that they are rated at 6000K which means they give a bluer hue than the stock lights. I really don't like the look of the 6000K HID's so I'm looking for T10 LED's with a 4200~5000K rating.

Gotcha... ya, here in Toronto, Canada, its required by law that our daytime running lights (foglights in the case for the G) are on during the day. Then we turn on our headlights at night. lol

How much did your foglights cost? And will changing the foglights require removing the wheel since its deeper in the wheel well?

Having my daytime running lights white would be hot

Nop! You don have too take the wheel off. It's ok!! My PIAA foglight cost Approx $45-$60 Very easy to change but you have to loosen the intake.
It just only one nuts. It's go from the top.
