Bommarito Infiniti...
...is where I just leased my '08 G35xs. My new employer said go find a company car you like, we'll lease it for you, but your cap is $600 a month.
I'm pretty sure that I didn't get a great deal, but it is a deal the new employer is paying for, on a car I love. Every option (including technolgy and nav), zero down, all sales/use taxes included, 15k miles a year (all of those raise the lease price compared to the numbers in the ad) for $600/month for 36 months. My prior car was a C32 AMG, and this is faster, handles better, has a ton more technology, and has all wheel dirive for inclement weather days. I think the G is the most car I could get for what the employer was willing to spend.
The Bommarito experience was wonderful. My salesperson was Theresa Sommers, who used to work at Parktown Porsche-Audi, and we had done business there. She's very good.

My company was also going to lease me a car, but then we decided that it would be better for me to expense the miles, and the little difference i would put in, would let me keep the car...
I exp about 575 to 600 a month on the car (with gas) and it costs me about 900 to run it...
So for the difference i get to keep the car... and drive it for personal use as much as i want...
I use it 50/50... so i dont think it owuld be fair for me to get the entire car for free...

Lease
It seems like every company I've been with (all of them very small) has a different policy. The one I like best is the one I had a few years ago and replicated with the new company: They cut me a check for $600 a month, which I use to pay the lease. Since lease is in my name, so I track the business miles, and claim those at the max IRS rate (presently $.585) as an offset against the W2 earnings impact of the $7,200 additional cash compensation. No need to track personal miles, since it is "my" car. The best part is that the company pays for all related expenses (within reason): insurance, fuel, plates, maintenance (including factory services and tires), etc. I don't think I could turn in performance mods, but as the arrangement is set up, it's a great employee benefit, and one I'd recommend to anyone in a position to negotiate it.
