As others have mentioned, $985 is still too much, and 2 days is too long. I would stay away from this place.
I paid $495 for front bumper, partial hood, fenders, and mirrors. It was done in couple hours and looks perfect.
Start here: http://www.clearbrafilms.com/ and find installers in your area, then call as many as you find and get quotes. Also get recommendations/references from locals. Once you narrow your choices down, visit the shop and look at the work they do, to ensure that the final result meets your quality standards.
Good luck.

In my opinion these guys are worth every penny. They are expensive no doubt but they were the only ones I trusted to work on my Cayman S.
Stop by their shop and check them out, there are always some interesting high end cars in there. Experience is the key when doing work like this and they've been around for a while.
In the end, only you can decide if custom is the way to go or just get a generic pre-cut kit.
Good luck.

I had the clearbra on my two previous G35's (both coupes). The first one, I did myself. The second one, I paid to have it professionally done. I think it definitely helped with paint chipping especially with the first generation G-coupe because the paint was notoriously prone to chipping.
However, I am now on my third G35. I purchased the sedan close to two years ago. I didn't get the clearbra this time around. After almost two years, I have to say that the paint on the new G's are holding up much better. I have a Obsidian Black G sedan as well.

I bought my new G on Friday and had it clear bra-ified on Saturday. This time around I went with the "bikini cut" kit which has a slightly curved line and is less noticeable. On the ivory pearl you can barely see the thing. I also had the A-pillars and front edge of the roof done. I swear by these products and have all of my cars done.
We picked up our G on Friday night, on saturday morning I had the windows tinted 20% sides and 5% rear. Today my wife took the car to Aerotect and for $1100 had the front bumper, full hood, full fenders, headlights, mirrors, a-pillars, nav screen, and trunk opening done. She said the paint looked like garbage when they stripped the wax off prior to installation but now the front of the car looks like glass, the guys there did an excellent job.
I am looking for a place to install the ClearBra on my car (in MD) and will look into the Clear Bra Directory . Got a call back from Rob at Proform and he said a 2008 G35Sedan fully done would be $1,395. Guess he raised his price.
Off to research better options now.

hey all you cali people, did you say you got a quote for full hood and bumpers for $600? my friend is getting the m3 and debating where to take his to. i spent about $600 for the quarter hood, bumper, pillars, mirrors and trunk lip at aerotect but he didn't like how it's a precut and not a wrap around the edges.
Aerotect will do it however you want. My full hood, full fenders, bumper, a pillars, headlamps and trunk opening was $1100. My G is black and the only place I can see a line without being within inches of the car is at the top of the A pillar.
Like I said though, Aerotect will do a custom cut with wrapped edges everywhere if he's willing to pay extra for the additional labor that requires.
