So I'm here wondering why Infiniti STILL hasn't updated their website for 2009! BMW, Mercedes and Lexus ALL have the 2009 models, colors and options up on their websites. I want to buy an 09 G37S Sedan but the waiting and waiting is just ridiculous at this point. I understand that Infiniti may have a lot of 08s left and that might be why they have delayed updating everything. A lot of the other makes have 08s left in stock, but they have updated their websites regardless. C'mon Infiniti, let's get the ball rolling here, it's almost October.

My understanding is 09 is pushed back a bit to clear out excess 08 inventory. Dealers are hurting now, I got calls all week from dealer and sales manager trying to put deals together, offers get better with every call. They increased their offer for my trade $1k a few days ago and another $1K today to get me in before they closed today (last of month) I said I'll wait and see what October brings.

My concern:
Is that even when the G37 arrives they will not deal those as they will still be trying to get rid of the 08s.

Because they want to give BMW, MB, and Lexus a chance to sell their 2009 models to what would have been there customers.

...or they could just be trying to clear out ridiculous excess 08 inventory. Either way, it's not good because they are losing sales.

If you push back 09 introduction, that means you have 1 less month to sell all your 2009 models before the competition introduces their 2010 models.

...it's a losing proposition.
