Ok, I don't have any info on the validility of the $262 price, but I did order my K&N intake on the Group Buy and already received it over the holiday weekend. Ordered it on 11/24 and received it on 11/26! Here are a few pics of the system still in the box. I' hoping to get the car dyno'd next weekend (to get some baseline HP figures) and then I will install the system and post more pics.

Yeah, I got a kick out of their HP Guarantee... Although, I did call them on it yesterday and it is for real and they claim to stand by it. The guy I talked to said that he has seen this system make decent power gains at the lower and mid range RPM's, but they don't make much peak HP, and of course that is considered increasing HP in their book. I am going to try and follow all of their procedures and see what I come up with.

Oh yeah... got any pics of your Berk HFC's installed, ANMVQ?

lower to mid range increase is what i was hoping for! i don't need extra horsepower at 7,000rpm. that's just useless.

^My thoughts exactly... Better to have it where you actually use it.

2GorNot2G.. Wheres those dyno numbers at? Do you have any mods other than the intake?

I'm curious as I have the Stillen long tube intake system, I would think they are all around the same gains.

I didn't dyno my G before any of my upgrades but I can certainly hear a difference :-)

Just ordered mine. Thanks for setting up the group buy.

Of course now that I've given in and ordered one, it pretty much guarantees that someone will figure out how to put the stillen gen 3 on the sedan

I planning on going this weekend along with KulG35. I'm hoping to be able to do the before and after runs on the same day, so I can get a true comparison.

No other mods other than some suspension stuff, but nothing to improve the HP figures... The car is only 6 weeks old with about 1300 miles on it, so it is still a baby.

Awesome!! Glad to see others are taking advantage of the Group Buy price. I hope Jason took good care of you.

Also, talk to G35Robby... He is currently trying to make the Stillen 3G intake work on his sedan, so we should know soon if it will work or not and how much cutting is needed... Hope I didn't spoil your K&N purchase by telling you this.

I know there are a few working on it, but I couldn't wait any longer. It was either this or some HFCs, and with the CEL issue I'm a little hesitant to go the HFC route. Either way, it was a good price on these, so it will sting a little less if I have to swap it out later .

Yeah, I'm thinking of doing some Berk HFC's soon too. I hadn't heard that these trigger a CEL, but I can understand why they might. I guess I'll need to check around and see who has or hasn' had this issue before I move forward with the HFC's.

There is a poll going on over at myg37.com. There is an alarming number of people with CEL issues. Not all of them, but more then I would have expected.
