humm, i think with 3000k headlights, the road would look pretty funny. I have 3000k fogs, i have pics in the picture forum, and some guy bought 3000k lights to do a bottom foglight set up, and took pictures of it in his headlight, so i guess you might want to look at those two and kinda get the picture...

well no lol let me explain my problem i had all 6k for the d2s bulbs and the fog lights on our cars i had the phillips ultinons then the white was just too boring no color just white so it was just too plain. then i got xetronic 8ks lol and i hadd matching 8ks for the fog lights and the d2s bulbs. but the problem with that was with the 8ks u really cant see Sh**** in the rain. and now i basically just want lights where i will be able to see in the rain and at least have color and something thats going to look good. ok so now to my point im thinking about just getting 3k lights for both the d2s bulbs and fog lights. and also the city lights and turn signals. i have a ob g35 sedan. so ill post pics once the bulbs come in.

the lights are from apexecone i would suggest getting the bulbs from the same manufacturer for both set of lights so the lights can match. the apexecone are 99 for each kit. thats waht i have but my friend he bought ebay hids for 25 a piece and he had the ballasts andhis look th same as mine. his will probably die sooner but cmon now for 25 he coudl buy 4 of mine lol

Why dont' you change the parking back to yellow hahaha. You're like reverse stock right now which is pretty cool, how does everything look like while you are driving?

honestly i had 8k in my car befor and 6k and this 3k catches the most light onto the road. it catches so much attention never mind the fac ttthat when i start them they start off green and everyoness like ouuu ahhhhh. the signs and billboards all come up yellow but believe me its not a dull yellow. its suttle but the camera does capture the color very nice

Hey quick question...

Did you just buy the bulbs for your fog, or the kit? Also how difficult was it to install them? If you don't mind could you do a quick run through of it?

Thanks

the kit. its not hard at all. there are two screws that u have to worry about to take the intakes off.one is to loosen the rubber outlet that goes on the intake and the other screw is what holds the intake in place.once those are removed u will be able to get into installing it and this is the easiest way. for the passenger side you will have the washer tube and you can jus tpull it out. there is a little annoying black clip taht you have to take out just push it from the bottom and it will pop out. besides that iw ould suggest matching the color with ur d2s hids and also ur fogs. it will look slightly different cuz of the projectors we have but it will be the closest match obv. i went with 3ks cuz i wanted more color then the dull 4300k. if i did it again probably would have gone with 6ks.
