#1, but if you get an intake/exhaust/header/hfc, etc, you may need a reflash again...

Mine first mod was HFC.Go with HFC b'for your exhaust. If you add HFC after the exhaust. You may not like how the sound came out...It's too da*n loud.
It's all depend how you like.and leave the TS Reflash for last thing to do until you think you've already put all upgrade aftermkt MOD.
For Intake,Mostly all G35er agreed with Stock, JWT PopC and some CAI for now. However after mine. experience with Stock,K&N Drop in,Stillen Short Tubeand JWT. I would said JWT is the best one.
Go with HFC!!!

Thank's to all.
I just sold my FI catback to a friend of mine and I miss the extra torque .
I will buy FI HFC's to match with my stock exhaust but I believe that changing the y pipe for another one (like fujitsubo or tanabe) will gain more power without adding a lot of sound.

Any suggestions on which y pipe?

Thanks

Why did you sell your FI Catback?

I am contemplating buying the Catback and maybe even the HFC. You seem to be going the other way with HFC and stock Catback.

I LOVE FI exhaust.
GREAT service (Tony is the man).

My only issue is that Iám a little old (40) and my wife complains of the sound everytime she was on the car. So that's the story

Now my quest is to have similar hp/torque without too much sound.

Buy FI and you will not regret!

Really too loud eh?

So with the HFC and stock it wont be?

Hopefully its not too loud as my wife will likely complain too. I essentially am looking for the coupe sound in the sedan. Not too loud, but enough to know its there.

I'm also looking for that coupe sound, that's why I ordered the FI exhaust. I was told that you could barely tell it was there unless you went WOT.

Hey! I have try Stillen cat back. It's totally louder than HFC with Stock.
HFC with STOCK is just like coupe actually and nicer.Deep RPM.however if HFC w/Stillen or FI cat Back will be totally too loud.you may like it but not me.
We're loosing the luxury. It's all depend what people like.I'm not blaming anyone.use yur own justice!
