2008 G35 OTD Price

Hi, a dealer in California quoted me an OTD price for a G35 Sedan Journey with Premium Package, and with 17" chrome rims for $31288. Is this a good deal, considering they are having clearance pricing and today's economy? I am about to pull the trigger, but wanted to make sure this is a good deal. Thanks!
