Hey guys .. just did a seach, didn't find what I was looking for ...

Any setting to change it so I can see the incoming phone number of the person calling me?

And, is there anyway the car will say the name (voicetag) of the individual calling me if it's programmed as a voicetag?

mine shows phone# so its probably ur phone compatibility problem.
dont know about voice tag option though.

 

I personally wouldn't want it activated. Can you imagine driving with your girlfriend, then another girl calls. Couldn't ignore that one. Even if was on silent.

hahahah, dude i know exactly what ur talking about...usually ill shut off my bluetooth when my "date" is in the car...or I completely change up peoples names in my phonebook...but that gets confusing even for me sometimes lol



as for the OP - no you cant set up the voicetag to talk back to you when that person calls. the voicetag is simply for you to speak to the car and tell it to call.

Technically...it displays the number of the caller, unless you have your phonebook downloaded into the car, in which case it checks the number first...and then displays the persons name...instead of the number

so....first comes phone number...if name is found in car phonebook...then name is displayed
