09 G37 new incentives?

Anyone know what the new incentives are for the 09 G37 Sedans are? I know the other ones ended Monday, 1-5, which had the 3.9/4.9 or $1000 off.

I'm looking at a 09 G37S 6MT w/ nav, prem.

Thanks,
Rob

The January incentives are the same as December. $1,000 marketing support and 3.9% and 4.9% financing.

Is the factory to dealer marketing support supposed to be passed on to the customer? I asked about it when I was purchasing my car and it was not included in my VPP deal.

Mike, is the $1000 after you negotiate the buying price? Should I try to get as close to invoice and then ask for that $1000 if I intend to go with my own financing?

$1000 marketing support is for the dealer, it is between you and the dealer if they pass it on. Most dealers won't volunteer any rebate or dealer cash unless you challenge them. It is up to them to decide how much profit they want to make on your car vs. the risk of loosing the sale. I gather most dealers are trying to get whatever they can for 09 G37 since they took a beating on 08 G35. The question is will the drive sales awy by being too greedy. It is not that hard to get any car for close to invoice right now. Even Acura's beloved SH-AWD TL has $1K back now and my dealer is close to invoice on it, too bad I want a G37 instead.

Yes, it is. A lot of dealers have been getting in trouble for VPP fraud.

Why is my dealer offering us $2K rebate? Is that because we're paying cash with no trade? He says it's what Infiniti is giving him and said his offer is good thru Jan. Is he making a mistake possibly?
