How to clean seats that have apparent clothing dye?
I noticed that my driver seat looks as if it has some had something bleed onto it. I have grey seats and the portion of my lower lumbar is blue. I guess one of my shirts or something bled a little onto the seats. I tried using soap and water but cant seem to get it off. Any help with this would be awesome because this is driving me nuts having this on ym seats.
Jeans are usually the culprit here... It's typical with light colored interiors.
Start with a 6/1 water/woolite solution and a soft towel.
If that doesn't do it, try the suggested leather cleaner.
Clothing dye can be a PITA to get out. Worst case scenario, use a Mr Clean Magic Eraser, but be super gentle with it.

i had to use the magic eraser on my previous maxima once, and it worked when nothing else would, but yeah, i was extra careful, wiped down with plain water afterward, and then conditioned the leather.
meguiars leather cleaner and conditioner. works like a charm but will need some scrubbing action...otherwise, a magic eraser would be the last option, and like g35xdriver said, wipe away with watered cloth right after, and condition at the end.
