How much your dealer charge for labor, 30, 45, 60K service?

Greetings:

I am planning on getting a G37x this year (Oct/Nov timeframe) if the price is right (hoping for under $33K). Before making the plunge, I wonder how much your dealer charge you for labor, 30K, 45K and 60K service.

Thanks in advance for your time.

For the 30k the dealer quoted me $895. I have heard bt $650-900. I did most of the work myself and saved myself around $600. You can look up the service manuel and see what things need to be done. Their charge is ridiculous IMO. Hope that helps.

Thanks for your response.

I don't have the car yet so I can't look at the manual. Is there someone kind enough to give me an idea what is the manufacture recommendation for 30K?

When I bought my car new I only wanted to have an Infiniti dealer doing the work. Then I changed the in cabin filter myself and started to understand what a ripoff they can be. I have a mechanic I've know for years and now he does all the work for a lot less. I did like the loaner car program at the dealer, but even that is no longer available.

Guys, you pay so much for your service I don't know why!!

From my experience in my country located in the GCC, we service our cars each 5,000 Kilometers.

I will start with 20,000 I paid: 53 USD

25,000: 92 USD
30,000: 160 USD
^^^
I paid I think 50 bucks more for removing my Stillen Gen3 intake and installing the OEM ones. They had to clean out the Throttle body which was a warranty issue. But they couldn't do it with the after market intake on it.

My last service was 35,000 I paid 106 USD. This was done last week.

All my services were for general things such as oil, filter change and cleaning out the break discs and pads, nothing major was done for the car, just replacing the ordinary stuff.

A crazy $820 for a "standard" 30k service in Portland, Or. After looking it over they wanted to do a bunch of stuff that was not recommended or needed. After picking it apart and reducing to the Infiniti factory recommended services, it was reduced down to around $400, but then I did the cabin filter and air cleaners. So about $460 after I was done. They did zing me by printing the receipt saying I had turned down the 30k service. Wanted the receipt for when I resell it to show it was properly maintained. Oh well it still shows everything that was done.

The outrageous dealer labor costs and charges for "services" like inspecting this or that (which I doubt is done at all) are the reasons I do most of the filter changes myself and have the ATF/flush/brakes/oil changes done by a local mechanic. I only do warranty repairs at the dealer.
