Exhaust got damaged
Just wanted to rant. I was driving home from the gym and the city is doing road construction and they have a make shift ramp so the cars can go over the water lines for the sewers. I was ok when I went up the ramp and was going down when I heard a scrape. I looked under the car when I got home and saw the dang ramp had DENTED the muffler that FI uses for their resonator.
I must of not cleared it when I was at the top and the front of the car started to go down the ramp. I called tony and he said it was goo as long as the dented wasn't that big, the dent is only the size of a quater of a golf ball or less. I've been driving around with the windows down for the past couple of days and it sounds normal to me, I even reved it in the garage and all is good. Thanks for letting me rant.

sorry to hear that man, it sucks when your car gets damaged by something largely out of your control. If its a big deal to you, can you seek compensation from the city. Some municipalities have procedures to compensate you if your car is damaged by their roads.

Thanks, but it doesn't make any difference in the way the exhaust performs or sounds so I think I'll leave it a lone. The dent isn't that big at all. I'll try to get a pic of it and post it up.
