Any Ideas?

So i have recently discovered that my rear defrost does not work. I took it to the dealership in Raleigh NC and they said they checked it and there was voltage traveling through it and that it was operating normally. But with this mornings dew/frost is still did nothing! Do the defrosters on these cars just atke forever to heat up or should i try a different dealership?

I have about a 15 minute drive to work and it does not start within that time frame. I think i will take it into the Ann Arbor dealer when i go to MI on leave in 2 weeks.
