A little advice: Discretion goes a long way, I wouldn't send anybody with the name "hotshizzle" a money order.
You have his address, and hopefully his phone number, if not locate it. Call the sherrif station (in his town) and file a police report explaining the transaction. You might have to call a few stations before you get the right one.
I had to do this once with a similar transaction out of Arizona. After I filed the report, a local cop called me for a short interview, and then an hr later called again and told me that I'll have a money order at my door in 3 days, he told me that if I didn't, to call him back and he'd go make an arrest. It was a very positive experience with the police.
