Inspection Sticker?

Just wondering how you guys pass inspection with the 20% tint and below. Ive been to a few places and they all have that tint measuring tool and will not give me an inspection sticker in MS. Any tips?

Some of the guys here tint the car once a year and just peel it off just before inspection time.
Silly, but true.
