Servicing for a 2008 G35x

Hey All,
I have a question. I am at almost 17,000 miles. I have done no servicing on the vehicle other than regular oil changes. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on other servicing I should have done on the vehicle? Infiniti of course recommends a ton of services, but what do I really need to do? Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

you should do the typical services: oil change, air filters, rotate tires.

cabin air filter. do it yourself. supposed to do it every 15k miles. dont pay the dealer for it. it will be 150+ if you do that. buy the filter online for 10 bucks and do it in 10mins.

Tire rotation, assuming you don't have a set of snows, like I do and only have 10K miles on my 2008 G35X.

Don't necessarily agree with the cabin air filter or air filter. Think you can go to 24K miles or 2 years with those.

As you've been doing, an oil change, depending on what kind of oil you use, dino or synthetic.

you could flip ur engine air filters

take the out and give them a 180
the air hits them at an angle and ull see what i mean.
i do that 1/2 way before i change them.
but ur at 17k so it might be time for just a replacement(~$30 on ebay shipped) depends on if ur in a dusty climate.

also just look at your belt. they are good for 30k, but some times they show signs or wear early. look for cracking or pealing at the edges. and ur at ~60% life and only takes 30 seconds to check.

check all ur fluid levels and check ur battery acid level.

tire rotation/psi check.

not much else to check at 17k

*maybe ur brake pads if you ride them hard, its possible to wear that down that quick but only if you REALLY beat them.

Hopefully you have rotated the tires a couple times by now. On an AWD vehicle its very important to keep the tire diameter the same for all four.
You can get yourself a tread depth gauge for a couple bucks to be sure.
Check your fluids and filters. Check your brakes when you rotate the tires.
The advice here looks good.
