you'd have to have somethin better than bolt ons...there are quite a few is350's in the high 12's with intake, full exhaust and cats

I've test driven one of these on the streets before buying my G and drove one around a track.

The IS350 goes down as one of the most boring vehicles I've ever driven. I felt like I should just use it to pick up old people and drive them to church in it...but I really just wanted to drive it into a tree.

I know it's different strokes for different strokes though so enjoy the IS!

My parents have an 08 gs460 (nice car). The thing I thought about before getting my G was the fact that their user interface for the nav/controls is absolutely horrid on Lexus. Unless you get the Nav for the IS the center console definitely lacks the gadgets. I don't care for the interface or the layout. As far as performance for the IS, it's very nice. I just didn't like the fact I'd be paying a ton more just to get the 350. The IS250 is on price point with a g35.

I would have to agree on many things that you guys have said here, but the simple fact remains.....I'm gettin a hell of a deal on a near mint condition is350 with 15k in aftermarket parts for the same price as an 07 g35.

I couldnt pass it up!

I see more women drive an IS than in a G sedan.

V36 looks way better than a IS any day of the week.

G35/G37>IS250/350

Your right, if you got a good deal that was equivalent to the G's price I don't know which one I would take :-). Although someone at my work has a is350 so I guess I couldn't have the same car lol.

Cant be jockin his style!
