Thanks for the good times

Sadly, I sold the G today because we delivered a baby girl earlier this week and the wife wanted a more baby-friendly vehicle. We replaced the G with a Nissan Cube (too funny) for the extra space, convenience and utility, better fuel economy and less painful monthly payment. The payoff on my G lease (10 months left) was about $25,700 and I sold it for $27,000 so it was great to pocket $1,300. Anyhow, it was hard to see the gorgeous G go but she'll be in good hands with the new owner. Thanks to everyone for all the help and advice, this has been a very supportive forum. Who knows, I might even return triumphantly when the all-new 2011 G Sedan or M come out.

hhaaahaha that link was funny.

Back to he thread. I love the cube. I even like the look of the KIA soul. But since they copy everything I won't buy one from them. I wouldn't mind to buy a cube.

Are the seats fold down for more cargo space? I love hauling crap from Home Depot.

We really adore the Cube, it is loaded with great features and design elements. We are very pleased with the experience thus far and love how much it offers for such a reasonable price. It was also important to us that we keep in the Nissan family.

@tg1234, the seats fold down and allow quite a bit of cargo space for hauling large items. It's definitely not as roomy as a Honda Element and looks tiny side-by-side, but it's seriously shocking how much room you get out of the Cube with the box shape (i.e. hard corners).

Nice good to know. I always love bold designs. Thinking outside the box (cube) LOL

I might look into for a 3rd car. Right now I use my wifes Focus to haul things. I love Nissan cube more than the element.

Thanks for the info and hope you'll be happy with the Cube. You should.

As nice as the Kia soul is...(trust me that wasn't easy for me to say)....I do think that the Cube is a bolder 'design'. That one sided rear window is just awesome. I love it....

Congrats on the baby and the new ride.

you got a CUBE for space? Don't know if you're in the USA or Canada but up here in Canada we had the X-Trail (had one for 4 years) more space than the cube, your choice of front wheel or all wheel or 4x4.
four square feet of sunroof (2' x 2')
back seats fold flad and recline.
good on gas.
Too bad they don't make them anymore up here, they replaced it with the Rogue (awful design in my opinion)
What you're going to need is the QUEST. Believe me been through that.

Congrats on the baby.

I never had bigger vehicle than a sedan. I think he biggest car I've owned was the Saab 9-5. I survived with it just fine.

Don't be. I've got two toddlers and actually "downsized" from a Maxima to a G.

Yep, I tote the two little ones to school in the G every morning with no problems at all.
And the twin Recaros in the back look pretty cool as well.
