I cant stop!!
I understand the mod bug. Let's see:
Jan - Stillen HFC's and UR pulley, plus installation
May - Had to replace an O2 sensor
June - 19" Rims and Tires, Front lip
July - 370Z springs, plus installation
Aug - D2S 6000K's, T10 parking lights. Also had my exhaust wrapped.
It's been an expensive year so far.

I remember reading that something screwed up on the crank shaft, but was it determined to be caused by the pulley? It's hard to believe that the pulley would cause that problem considering the 1000's of cars using them today. I know this has always been a large topic of discussion, but I believe the enigneering behind the pulley's are well researched and developed.
Believe me, I would love to but I have made up my mind and will only go with coilvers (if they ever come out for the AWD). Although, i have the eibach springs currently opened on my browser, just waiting for me to purchase. As much as I want to get the Eibachs, I just cant seem to let myself sacrifice the comfort for looks.
CO's will ride much better on smooth even roads... but how often do you see that in most cities?
from where? japanparts.com ?
speaking of mild drops... this is what im looking into now.

Why not just get the Tanabe NF210? They're cheaper and the drop is about 1' all around from what 2GoRNot2G says in this thread

The X sits about .5 higher then the 2WD stock height. Just a thought since the IMPUL IMHO is way overpriced, at that point for an X owner you might as well buy the springs from a 2WD G.

^ I have absolutely no sag in the rear (unless I have rear passengers and the trunk is loaded); the car actually sits almost perfectly level... just ask anyone on this forum that's seen my car in person (including Rick). I've seen some of the pictures that you are talking about and I PM'ed most of the owners and discovered most of them installed the springs before they were actually released. Upon further research I discovered a couple of those guys were actually running the NF210 springs from the 1st gen cars (which work, but end up lowering the rear too much... very similar to the H&R springs) and someone else was actually running the DF210 springs and not the NF210 springs like he posted.

I dont remember, will I need a camber kit with the Tanabes?
look at this, i went from saying there was no way I am doing springs, to considering buying the Tanabes.
Nope, no camber kit needed. Rear was easily adjusted back into specs with the factory adjustment bolts and the fronts are just at the edge of the factory specs -1.2 and -1.3, if I recall correctly. I ended up with 0.9" - 1.0" drop all around, and I've got around 5K miles on the springs now, so I'm sure they are fully settled by now. I'll try to take a couple new pics of my car today and post them for you.

whats your opinion on the ride quality? Stiff? Bouncy? I want to know how much clearance you have up front.
