I love that service. Mercedes Benz of Massapequa does that for my benz. Sadly my Infinity dealer does not do it for my G. However, I do get a loaner car.

Although I bought my G in NJ, I get a loaner from Infiniti of Manhattan as long as I provide advance notice. I was told by the NJ Infiniti dealer when I bought the G that all Infiniti shops provide loaners, but, knowing I'd probably get my G serviced in NYC, I had the dealer write the loaner provision onto the sale invoice.

Thanks everyone for your input, and help. I appreciate it. I called Pepe Infiniti earlier today, and scheduled to drop my car off for service tomorrow, and they'll have a loaner care waiting for me.

FYI, I'm taking my car into service to take of this constant annoying sound that's coming from my engine bay. I searched this forum, and I'm thinking it has to do with the heater core, hopefully its nothing severe, and hopefully its under warranty. Thanks again guys.

I do not get a loaner from my DC area dealer for an oil change and dont have time to sit there and pick my nose or get a ride from someone at work while they put their filthy hands all over my car. Then they wash it using the steel wool based car wash even if I tell them not to. So the car comes out with swirl marks all over it.

I have had many cars and have always been asked if I needed (or wanted) a loaner. Most of these services were done in one day. Whats the matter with Infiniti?

This made me laugh.

Here's a quick update:

Dropped off my car yester @ Pepe Infiniti, they gave me a 09 G37x Sedan, and I'm in LOVE w/ this car. That refined engine is a beast. Alas this dream car won't last, I'm due to pick up my car tomorrow, its costing me a whopping $215 to fix my engine problem. My only gripe is I wish the G37x came w/ the premium package so I could hook up the iPod, but other than that no complaints.

**UPDATE**

Well I got my car back on Friday, and that horrible engine sound is gone. Praise the Lord! Apparently my driver belts were worn to **** and that was causing that eerie sound, so they replaced those, and resurfaced my brakes, so my steering wheel doesn't shake, and jitter when braking from high speeds. All in all this was a pleasant experience. I recommend Pepe Infiniti to any and everyone.
