value of 07 with 68000 miles

Thinking of selling my 2007 G35x and not sure how much mileage will devalue the car. I have a 60- 75 mile commute plus i drove it to colorado/utah/AZ, wyoming when i first got it. It is black/tan Nav/tech, wood dash, back up, music box, mud flaps, clear bra, etc. There was only one option not on the car. MSRP was 41K i think. Miles are obviously hwy. No accidents but had left rear door repaired cosmetically when a deer ran into the door from the side as i was driving down the road, and the nose hit the door. Repaired well, not noticeable in any way. Very bizarre when it happened. I have Infiniti extended warranty until 100,000 miles. I switched to Amsoil sythetic after breakin. Car has been great other than having to do the brakes. I am thinking it is worth about 20K. Any thoughts? Thanks.

First will you be trading it in or are you going to sell it yourself?

For what it's worth.. I think you will end up getting less then 20k for it if you decide to sell it yourself. I know your area plays a big part in the value as well but I purchased my G a couple months ago and I paid under 23k for it with less then 46k miles fully loaded. I don't think I got the best possible deal either I just loved the color and wanted a fully loaded S.

I was going to sell it privately or entertain the idea. I have not gone to carmax yet, but was going to see what they would offer. I am in hartford area but got the car at manhasset on LI. I don't want to ask a rediculous price but don't want to give it away. Did your 07 come with extended warranty? thanks

I hear you man. No mine did not come with an extended warranty and that will be an extra feather in your cap when you sell. I would be going the route of private sale if it was me to get the most out of the deal.

I think ~22k privately. I know a YEAR ago when i tried to trade in my G35 for a lexus GS, it was only a little more than 1.5 years old, with 21k miles, They offered me 20k. But that was trade in. Now yours is considered "high milage" so yea, i would figure mid to low 20's privately.

Out of curiosity, what's the one missing option? Sounds loaded to me.

I believe it was 4 wheel steering or something to do with reaer wheel steering. I honestly don't remember and have not gone back to look it up. It has nav, tech, premium, wood, mud flaps, etc. There was one option if i remember correctly that was about $1100 that it did not have. I think KBB is low 20's but they always seem high. There are not a lot out there with this mileage to compare to. Thanks for the input. The smart thing would be to keep it one more year and have it paid off and then get a third car for fun, but i really want an RS4. I miss the 6 speed and need an awd family car.

I had a co-worker with a similar car with similar mileage, dealer hit it at 17k, so I am thinking 19-20k private sale.

Wow. I guess I don't drive much. My 2007 (bought June 2007) just hit the 13,000 mile mark.

$17-$20k seems like a reasonable price assuming its been kept up.
