That looks to be a full trunk replacement, not a lip. The oem/add on lips aren't that aggressive.

Pics here. It is sold on ebay for only 75$. But I've never seen it painted and installed. Just this pics

 

I sort of like it but it would have color match better than the pictures. What I was thinking of is one of that general shape but just a little bit more of an overhang for a particular functional reason. That reason would be for putting in rear facing radar detection and laser distance detection of a vehicle following you. He approaches too quickly and your brake lights flash including maybe a couple of super bright LEDs in the roof spoiler.

the listing title and description says its for 03-06 but the pics are of a 2007+ model.

 

One thing interesting is in the picture of the myg37 link for the roof spoiler that the finisher appears to be painted.

 

I'l post some pics with painted spoiler tomorrow
