It's a little too far down the road for me to pick out the next one now.
I'd say chances are good that I'll be dialing it back a bit to something that can replace my 2 vehicles with 1 all year 'round DDer.
With our winters here, chances are good that it'll be an AWD as well.
If Subi ever made a car that performed like the STi but w/o the boy racer amenities, I'd be all over it.
The future 216A coupe definitely has possibilities

When this lease was up I was planning on going to G37S coupe, or a 370Z. But the Z is just too small. And after just being at the LA auto show for my 15th year...i saw very little that wow'd me.
My usual range is from 50-67k, but with the G i've been really spoiled by the bang for buck value...and not to mention this is a great forum. I had a few rattles that made me want to trade...but now that i fixed them i'm thinking I might just keep it till my lease is up a year from now.
Then...either a new G coupe, or the Acura ZDX or the new BMW 335D (i said after my 05 550 i would never own another BMW - but 425 torque w/30mpg in the city is hard to pass up).
The G just has so much value with fun, and it's CHEAP!!!! ish.

I'll probably get the next gen G or FX; I planned on getting an FX this time around because I missed my QX4 so badly, but fell back in love with the G after car shopping for a while (had a G20 before the QX4). Well, actually, who knows, it's impossible to say for me when I start to think about.
I want to buy something luxury, AWD and diesel
but want to avoid going German (don't want to deal with reliability issues and strangely biased towards Japanese handling characteristics). What happended to the Infiniti G30 rumors, there supposedly was a patent for a Nissan diesel engine?

it's possible if you buy used right? =)
Or if you're leasing... Seriously though, after driving the G it will be very difficult to ease into a step-down. At the very least, my next car will be another G.
