Resetting ECU to stock

Ok so here is my dilemma:

I purchased a Bully Dog PowerPup for my 07 G35s sedan, that modifies your PCM and gives you a custom tune such as adjusting idle times, rev limits, top speed, etc.
Anyways, I want to reset my car back to stock, and I know the dealer can do this. I'm just wondering how I can present this to my dealer without having them be suspicious that i'm messing with the car and then void my warranty.

I guess the first question is, would this truly void my warranty? or is it ok if I just ask them to flash my PCM back to stock?
If this scenario would void my warranty, then the question is, how do I word this to my dealer and get away with it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot plug the Bully Dog back and uninstall because it wont let me. I tried doing this but BullyDog said that with the error msg's i was getting, the issue was with my PCM being corrupted. The only way to fix this is to go to the dealer.
I was able to tune it the first time with the BullyDog but after that...nothing but errors.
Now i want to return to stock so that I can retry the tune again.

Oh and I paid $350 for the bully dog, to answer gkennedy25.

That's not going to be easy.
I'm afraid the dealer will be the only one that can do it.

Also, you will probably have to contact BD afterward.
The BD will only install one time & needs to uninstall before it will reinstall again.
