Alright kids.
My idea worked so here is how you do it.
1. Open Adobe PDF
2. Go to File/Create PDF/From File
3. Find that image that you send me, select it and click Open.
4. Once it shows up in PDF click on it and select entire page
5. Right click and select Recognize Text Using OCR
6. in the window that pops up click Edit
7. Select primary language to Japanese and click OK
8. Click OK again and wait for it to convert it to text.
Once it's done converting simply copy text, paste it to Google translate and read the nonsense google comes up with.
Good luck.

I only have Acrobat...Adobe PDF is a pay service, isnt it? With my adobe, I only have options for "Open" and "Create PDF Online" Open wont open a JPEG and create PDF online takes me to the adobe site and wants me to pay for it.
