need help!!!!

hey i was wondering what is the purpose of the yellow bolt that is in between 2 studs on the front rotors? the reason is because i bought wheels this weekend and that piece is in the way..i was wondering what is the best way to go about this problem?

That's to prevent the rear rim from being used on the front. You can remove it.

so if i grind it down nothing drastic will happen?

Why would you grind it when it unscrews?

^ exactly, take a philips head screw driver and screw it off without much force or if use a proper socket and take it off, its very easy with no use for grinding.
