Front chin spoiler install, should i take it to the dealer?

In the past i've taken my cars to a local shop, however, as of now I am tight on free time and I have a dealer within a minute drive.
Do you think i can trust a nice clean install?

Probably. Only thing you should worry about is the price they charge per hour.

^+1 its an easy 15-30min install if you do it yourself else any competent person can do a clean install so i would trust the dealership on this one just fine if your ok with the labor charges

It's a very simple DIY!!! I am not the most handy guy when it comes to cars.. but the lip install was a breeze. Just follow everything in the instruction manual included, and you won't be disappointed w/ the results.

it took me only an hr to do. and that was taking my time.

I also called the dealer they wanted 230.00

do it yourself, I did not follow the instructions as they were to much to do. I just did it my way of securing it with the screws and push tabs that came with the lip.

The lip already comes with double sided tape applied on the lip. You just have to remove the protective plastic to apply it. Your lip should've came with the instructions, it's very easy. Just follow step by step and you should have NO problem.

what kind of lip is it? for the Sport or Non-sport? I installed my non-sport lip by myself in 30mins with japanese instuctions ( i cant read japanese).

Im around the King of prussia area if you want some help with the install. no charge, it will just be cool hanging out with someone who has a G.

I used the dbl sided tape thats on the lip already.

I should of done a easy diy thread but didn't feel like taking pics.lol

I placed 1 screw on each side of the lip (underneath) then put 2 or 4 screws (cant remember) underneath the front portion of the lip and used push tabs where needed to be, didn't use all of push tabs though.

screws I didnt use were the screws that had a flat square head with a bolt

use scotch tape to hold the dbl sided tape label cover to the outside of the lip, that will help when peeling back the tape label. I also swabed those little wet naps on the bumper to help the dbl tape stick better.

my lip has been on for over 800 miles, no problems
