Cracked windshield

Got a cracked windshield somehow so I called a local mobil auto glass replacement place. Came out and now I have scratches on my roof, a small razor cut on my dash and it leaks when I wash it. I thought replacing them was pretty basic stuff nowadays. The owner came over and took pictures and and I haven't heard back yet.

Btw were the damages addressed to them when they first completed the install or was it mentioned to them days after?

You should call them daily, so they resolve this issue asap.

I pointed it out to the installer who called his boss out. He just called and said he will fix the leak but as said in Warr, No warranty when against cutting or damaging other then installed material. In other words we can screw up your car as long as the glass is installed ok. I might have them because I wasn't given a copy of anything until the work was done and haven't signed anything.

Well I was right. Luckly with not signing he is fixing everything. One thing I noticed was the tint at the top isn't as dark as the OEM was.

Well glad to see them do the right thing even though it was due to your smartness of not signing anything until everything was sorted out, as for the tint you can always get a tint film applied on it from any tint shop for ~$15-20
