I am trying to pay off my car loan.
They sure dont make it easy!
I phoned them - they gave me an amount, told me they yhey would send me a package and to return it with my payment. They never sent it.
I faxed them - they never replied.
I cannot email them - they cleverly do not post an email address. Anyone have one?
I will call again, but I get nowhere - after than I am going to call my buddy - a lawyer. it will be cheaper they paying off the interest.
This is insane for this type of car.
Totally dissapointing.

Can I pay more than the monthly payment amount?
Yes. If you would like to make a principal payment to your loan balance, please see instructions below. By following these procedures, you will help us to ensure that we correctly apply your payment. Once we have processed the payment, we will provide you with written confirmation of the payment and remaining balance. Please make out a separate check for the amount you want to apply to your principal balance. Please note in the “Memo” or “For” line of your check the account number and the words “principal only payment” Mail check to the following address:

Yes thanks. That reference is from here.
But there is no way to get the exact amount due and no guaranntee the next automated payment won't go thru anyway. So if I go that route (and I likely will) , I would have to guesttimate and pay an amount that would leave me with about one and half payments due. That way, the last full payment go through (end of May), and by then, they would know to put a partial payment through at end of June.
But last time when I phoned I was told I dod NOT ahve to do that . They gave me an EXACT amount, and said they would send out a letter, that I was to return it to them within 14 days with payment for the exact amount they gave me over the phone. So, in theory, if I make that call again on Monday to restart the process, I could avoid the May and June payments.
But I abosultely do not trust them, as they absolutely assured me last time I would get a letter in a few days, which I did not.
And they abolsutely ignored my fax, and they absolutely refuse to have any dialogue over email. So there is no way to work with them.
While this was my first Infiniti purchase, it is absoutely my last.
Excellent way to destroy a customer relationship.
